Building Commissioning for new construction is the process of ensuring the building subsystems are designed, installed, and operate as intended by the building owner and the design team. HBS Solutions provides commissioning services for the entire life cycle of the project, which can include, but aren’t limited to design reviews, construction inspections, functional testing, off-season testing, and training. We offer commissioning services that are in accordance with LEED for New Construction Energy and Atmosphere – Pr1 Fundamental Commissioning and Cr3 Enhanced Commissioning. Our ultimate goal is to deliver a building that is fully operational and optimized from the start!
